You are eligible for a return and a full refund if you meet the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. They should not show signs of wear, including but not limited to scuffs, stains, or any alterations.

  • Packaging: The shoes must be returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, boxes, and tags that were included.

To return your bespoke shoes, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at homafootwear@gmail.com or call us at +44 1412125155 to inform us of your return request. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the shoes. This step ensures that your return is processed efficiently.

  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging, ensuring that all included items are returned.

  4. Shipping: Use the prepaid return shipping label provided by us. Attach the label to your package and send it back to the address we provide.

  • Inspection: Upon receipt of your returned shoes, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Shoes that have been worn or show signs of use.

  • Custom or bespoke orders made to your specific requirements that cannot be resold.

  • Shoes returned without the original packaging or any included accessories.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original pair for a full refund and place a new order.
